Titus (1999) - Ms. Jessica Lange, Anthony Hopkins
The savagery, brutality and cruelty that man is capable of when he devolves into the psyche of a witch while maintaining a false front of civility and ritualistic decorum is in fact incredible to comprehend. This movie is disturbing viewing for anyone lacking the maturity of their faculties, and should not be viewed by those who have sensitive sensibilities as it will harm you to see the barbarism played out as graphically as it is.
How are the cruel and the inane to be kept in check as the character of Anthony Hopkins finds true after too much has transpired given the entire history of insane cruelty of such freaks in our midst? It is with sufficient force that not only brings about a completeness of deterrence in the environment, but such swift and cruel justice as negates any victory in the art of the inane that the memory they have left in the human psyche is ever again one of unrequited justice to match the deeds involved. That is why the electric chair for OJ Simpson rather than a parking ticket for his Bentley was the more correct outcome, as every human being that sees herself in that victim is slowly going insane from the knowledge that he was not only supported by a system gone amok to let him of the hook on technicalities, they literally went so far as to look for a kind autograph in the aftermath. that is what causes insanity in the human psyche collectively. When injustice of savage cruelty borders the inane and then some. Its time to stem the tide.
